Since 2001, the missions of Culture and Democracy Organizations are as follows:
- Without seeking to replace the existing actors and organizations, association plays the part of relay between the cultural actors (actors of ground, artists, institutions) and the various actors of the democracy (associative world, social actors, public sector, decision makers etc). As a network, it develops and consolidates footbridges between the sectors (and public) of the culture, education, social, health, policy etc.
- Culture and Democracy organize moments of reflexion, in working groups and at the time of meeting-debates, which are the subject of reports/ratios, booklets, of guides, etc.
- It produces tools of information and sensitizing to the stakes of its sets of themes of action: the Newspaper and the Letter of Culture and Democracy, an Internet site, etc.
