A la lumière des opportunités que la révolution tunisienne a offertes au peuple Tunisien dans la perspective de nous libérer d’un régime tyrannique et absolu et d’accéder à la démocratie, nous constatons que la scène politique Tunisienne connaît une profusion politique et intellectuelle dont les objectifs, les programmes ainsi que les orientations sont très diversifiés. Ce qui a engendré une perturbation dans l’entendement et la compréhension de ces faits chez les diverses catégories de la société, une société, en fait, non encore habituée aux pratiques pluralistes et démocratiques qu’elle considère comme récemment découvertes.

CYCLE DES JEUNES LEADERS
Étant donné le rôle pionnier, joué par la jeunesse tunisienne lors de la révolution et toutes les opportunités qui lui étaient offertes dans la perspective de se libérer d’un régime tyrannique et absolu et d’accéder à la démocratie la tâche qui lui est confié est devenue encore plus important dans le processus de transition démocratique et dans la fondation des institutions de l'Etat conformément aux normes démocratiques.

Cette initiative, en fait, n’est qu’une opportunité de plus pour les jeunes tunisiens pour contribuer directement et activement dans le processus de transition démocratique et dans la structure institutionnelle de l'Etat dont elle prendra la direction, ultérieurement.
Par conséquent, l'appel à candidatures de ce projet, disponible à tout intéressé désirant participer à des ateliers de formation prévus dans le cadre ce projet nécessite un engagement de sa part à se conformer aux normes utilisés pour choisir les listes des jeunes leaders et des bénévoles nommés pour la formation.

-Toute personne participant dans ce questionnaire et donnant des informations personnelles, devra s’engager à être honnête et à ne fournir que des informations véridiques et qui ne concernent que lui.

- S’engager à la pratique de la neutralité et de l'objectivité et à ne pas faire de la propagande d'un parti politique ou d’un agenda ou d’un groupe en raison de l'impact que ca peut avoir sur le processus d'éducation électorale, au cas où ils seront ultérieurement recrutés ou en tant qu’observateurs électoraux.
On s’engage également à notre tour à maintenir la confidentialité de toutes les informations personnelles contenues dans ce formulaire destiné pour: "les jeunes leaders" qui veulent suivre des cours de formation, selon les lois et les règlements en vigueur.
