One of the components of the Initiative is the organization of two cultural events involving artists, social and cultural operators and intellectuals from the Euro-Med, promoting mobility, self-confidence and common Mediterranean identity, and taking place one in Palestine (Gaza Strip) and the other one in Israel.

The action, which could take the shape of a public and open Festival, will be designed together with the two concerned Networks, and will involve other interested National Networks. Institutions of the most active and engaged Networks will participate in the cultural events.

The events shall have an important artistic component and a symbolic and visible dimension. It shall also associate the best local and regional actions realized so far in the framework of the Restore Trust, Rebuild Bridges Initiative.

The expected period of organization of the activities is the first half of September 2009.
