Dr. Rouba Al-Fattal Eeckelaert

Co-founder and Vice President of the Euro-Arab Forum (www.euroarab-forum.eu), Rouba Al-Fattal Eeckelaert has a PhD in Political Science from the university of Leuven (Belgium) and author of a book entitled European Union Foreign Policy in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (March 2010). Also, the writer of several analyses, Rouba published recently an analysis in the Métropolitain Chaos Theory for Political Order in the Arab World (June 2011).

Dr. Al-Fattal Eeckelaert lectured in a number of international events such as the international conference “Women’s Rights and Art: International Women’s Day and the 60 Year of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights” (March 08) with her speech on Women and the non-discrimination principle (case of Saudi Women): Beyond the Veil. In April 2011, Rouba was a speaker at the Debate in Action Conference in Amsterdam with her keynote speech The Impact of the Arabic Revolution on European Policy.
