Beneficiaries: 

The assessment tool was developed for teachers and trainers of the for-profit and not for profit sectors as well as in vocational training and professional development.
Within these sectors, those working in multicultural environment or preparing for a placement abroad can especially benefit from the tool, by assessing their training needs and the methods best suited to address their needs. It seems particularly important to include the development of intercultural skills within the training of these professionals, for which Intercultool can be a point of reference
