This action has been conceived and elaborated within the framework of the Dialogue of cultures and esteem of the other kinds, whatever are their differences of beliefs-cultures-languages and values. And, as the purpose of this Action is focusing on the most troubled and unsecured Middle-East Region, which has been always suffering in an infernal conflict, rooted by historical background, having dangerously affected that area through several wars; especially the one’s occurred between ARAB and ISREAL peoples. In this regard, it’s important to notice that during bloody and cruel wars of the civilians had suffered a lot and had been scapegoats and human shield in many casualties during which thousand were perished, particularly, during the 11th September 2001 in U.S.A.
