The Anna Lindh Foundation, together with, the Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI), and the UN Alliance of Civilisations will organise the first Euromed Research Souk. The main objective of the Research Souk is to provide a forum for students to present and discuss their current research.

During the conference participants will discuss their work and receive valuable feedback from other students and professors. They will have also an opportunity to network.

Students and researchers are invited to present research papers on the theme of "Unity and Diversity of Euro-Mediterranean Identities". Contributions from various areas, related to Unity and Diversity of Euro-Mediterranean Identities are welcome such as: multiple identities in Euro-Mediterranean region, identity as a product of interactions with others, shared and different values, cultural unity, bridging the gap between cultures, intercultural education and its contribution to the cultural unity, university-enterprise dialogue, etc.

The deadline is 4 May 2009.

Selected authors will be invited to present their works on 9 June 2009 during a multi-conference held simultaneously in fourteen countries of the region.
