SALTO-YOUTH EUROMED is looking for 1 author for a publication about "YOUTH EXCHANGES in EUROMED" in English.

This publication will be part of the collection "Practical Guides" of SALTO-YOUTH EUROMED, have a look here for the last Practical Guide:

This collection aims to support the cooperation within EuroMed area providing tools to youth workers, youth leaders and trainers.

The "YOUTH EXCHANGES in EUROMED" practical guide should provide to the readers:

1) a quick overview about what is Youth in Action (Action 3.1) and Euro-Med Youth Programme IV
2) What is a Youth Exchange in EuroMed. The publication should specify the different procedures in case of hosting in Programme country or in a Meda country. What is the peculiarity of EuroMediterranean cooperation?
3) Steps to ensure a high quality Euro-Mediterranean Youth Exchange (preparation, Implementation, Evaluation)
4) Some useful links and a short bibliografy

The text should include schemes.

The format of this publication will be 12 pages in A5.
The text to submit to SALTO-YOUTH EUROMED should be 5000 words.

Deadline for 1st draft: 7 March 2011
Deadline for final draft: 31 March 2011

The publication will be translated by SALTO-YOUTH EUROMED in French and Arabic.

Fees: 1000 euro.
