The Head of Anna Lindh National Network in the Czech republic is the Institute of International Relations, which works in the fields of international political, security and economic relations. At the same time, the Institute provides for the international communication and dissemination of knowledge acquired by Czech researchers and experts.
The research of the Institute covers the Balkans, the Mediterranean, the Middle East and North Africa as well as the Sub-Saharan Africa, while these areas are studied mainly in relation to the EU Common Foreign and Security Policy.
To date, the Czech network consists of 37 members. Most of these institutions work in the areas of youth, international relations, research and museology.
The Foundation provides logistical and operational support to the National Network in Czech Republic through the Network Strategic Development Scheme (NSDS). For more information, please refer to the document “NSDS Step 4” under Resources column on the right. This document highlights the main responsibilities and services to be provided by the Network Coordinator for the members until 31 August 2011.
