On 21 April 2011in the town of Sandanski, Bulgaria, the first Youth art camp within the Network Strategic Development Scheme, Step 4 was held (Make Them Voiced, MTV Project). Students of different age and various ethnic backgrounds from 3rd Secondary School “Hristo Botev” took part in interesting activities, such as mirror painting in pairs, decoration of marble tiles, games for building a team spirit, encouraging tolerance and active participation in civil society. The young talents were drawing together inspired by the themes of friendship, love, hope. An exhibition of all the paintings was arranged on the school walls. A tree of Peace was planted in the school yard – a symbol of understanding and cooperation.
The Youth art camp in the town of Sandanskiwas organised by Association “International Initiatives for Cooperation”, coordinator of National Network “Anna Lindh”, Bulgaria, with the support of “Perspectives” Foundation. The activities were part of the Annual Easter Sports Tournament of 3rd Secondary School “Hristo Botev”.
