Due to the major ALF campaign “1001 actions”, we had within the last months several network meetings in terms of shaping our projects and actions and introducing technical and operational news (i.e. new collaborator to the Head of Network).

On Feb. 19th the Austrian ALF Network gathered at the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs firstly to welcome a new Network member – the Austrian Barock Academy and to finalize the organizational part of our “Dialogue Day” projects.

Technical questions concerning the Call for Proposals modus and the issue of a regional expansion of the network were discussed.
We met again at March 10th at the Ministry discussing the latest changes within the Foundation (election of the new president) and listened to the proceedings of our working groups - constituted out of our network organizations - and which are now since several weeks in charge of realizing our “Dialogue Day” projects. Proposals for Improvement, financial issues and program-details of our kick-off event “Experiencing encounter – practical dialogue” on May 19th were high on the agenda.
We will meet again on April 21st for a final coordination.
