Association ŠKUC - The Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean

Members: more than 1000, young people of both gender, different religion, different sexual orientation…..which represent assembly, 9 members of executive committee, 3 members of control committee, 3 members of court of discipline, 5 employed. 630.000,00 € Handouts from government, local grants, membership, donations from foreign fundations See www.skuc.org Similar organizations in EU and non-EU countries In terms, ŠKUC is involved in the following activities: visual arts, music ,film ,publishing ,civil rights movement, informing and counselling special for youngster ,theatre ,festivals ,program for children. ŠKUC actively co-operates with similar youth centres from across Slovenia, as well as with other organizations, mainly through programme exchange. The ?KUC Association is co-founder of the following organizations: National Youth Council of Slovenia, Youth Council of Ljubljana, Masovna Institution, E-motio film, Centre of nongovernmental org. of Slovenia, MaMa Institution (Union of Youth Centres of Slovenia)….. ŠKUC is also a member of BJCEM Association, International org. ILGA Europe…. Association ŠKUC has the status of a association working in the public interest in the cultural field and area of health care.
