The main objective of the programme is the promotion of political dialogue, the strengthening of networks and the building up of a platform of cooperation between the Baltic and the Mediterranean region.

It gathers together civil society actors from six countries of the two regions to enter in dialogue on the following three themes: 1) Culture, 2) Mobility and 3) Environment. The dialogue among them will develop through thematic round tables facilitated by experts and attended by young people, women, migrants and NGO members and will culminate in a final conference. The participating countries are Finland, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Morocco and Israel.
