The Foundation organises for its members trainings on "Project Development"

Starting from the 21st of March 2009, the Anna Lindh Foundation will hold a series of regional trainings in Morocco, Greece and Austria. The trainings aims to reinforce the capacities of the Foundation's National Networks in project development.

The Foundation considers regional trainings as an important tool to prepare multipliers able to provide services to their National Networks. It also aims at reinforcing the links between National Networks from the European Union and Partner countries from Southern Mediterranean by exchanging practices in networking and developing capacities.

The trainings will focus on Mobilisation and Internal Network Organisation; ALF Resources and Information; Project Management; Grant Application Drafting and Fundraising.

The first regional training for this year will be organised in Thessalonica, Greece, on the 21st to 22nd March and will be co-organized by the Anna Lindh Foundation and the Hellenic Foundation, the ALF Head of Network in Greece.

The second regional training will be in Rabat, Morocco, from the 25th to the 29th March and is directly organized by the Anna Lindh Foundation.

The third regional training will be in Vienna, Austria from the 3rd to the 4th of April) and will be co-organized by the Anna Lindh Foundation and Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs, Department for International Cultural Policy, the ALF Head of Network in Austria.

The Anna Lindh Foundation will organize one regional training every year and can support some National Networks proposing regional trainings in the framework of the Network Strategic Development Scheme.
