Getting involved:
- The programme is open to stakeholders working with or in fields related to children literature and reading, or who would be interested in doing so. The projects funded in 2008-2009 will be carried out on both the national level, in the five focus countries as well as on the regional level. However, the whole Arab region remains the scene of the programme’s intentions of strengthening Arab children literature and reading and therefore organizations, persons and projects undertaken in other parts of this region are of great interest to us.
- The children literature and reading programme has limited funds of its own at the same time as the ambitions are high and the suggested activities are plenty fold. It is the management team’s intention to try to pool resources from other funders and capacity build its partners to become more proficient in seeking funding for their projects.
- Projects undertaken by organizations who would see an added value in collaborating with this programme and funders who wish to discover ways to cooperate with us.
