• Supervise the implementation of regional Work plan in their country
• Exchange experiences with other countries
• Collect materiel and feed back for Website

The regional plan includes:

• Research related to content of CL books
• Prices and contests
• University teachers’ regional meeting
• Advocacy / promotion meetings / conferences
• Training (producers and users of books)
• Developing Resource Centers and libraries
• Activities around books with children
• Discussion of books
• Exhibitions and distribution of books
• Website
