The multicultural staff of the Foundation works at the ALF Headquarters in Alexandria (Egypt), which is co-hosted at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and the Swedish Institute. The staff is managed by the Executive Director, Andreu Claret, and is divided into the following departments:
