The Centre de Carthage pour le dialogue des civilisations, Head of the Tunisian ALF National Network, is a virtual centre which is administered by the Office for International Cooperation, with a budget specially affected by the Ministry of Culture and Heritage. The Centre mostly aims to promote the principles of tolerance and dialogue. It is a public institution that supports international gatherings (festivals, conferences) in the fields of arts, heritage, and international and cultural relations.
