The following rules have been established for the competition:

• Applicants must submit an article (or a series of articles) which tackles, whether directly or indirectly, the theme of "Cultural Dialogue". Submitted articles should illustrate models of the presence or lack thereof the dialogue between cultures and mutual respect, through current situations and events;
• Applicants must be nationals of one of the following countries: Algeria, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, Palestine, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom; 
• Eligible articles must have appeared in a print media registered in one of the 37 Euro-Med countries;
• Applicants can enter the competition with only one article/article series per year (written individually or by a team of journalists)
• The Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation and the International Federation of Journalists have the right to reproduce and disseminate the awarded articles.

In order to submit your candidature please send us electronically or by courier mail:

• An original copy or a scan of the original article/series of articles, clearly indicating the date of printing, the name of the media and the author
• A full translation in English OR French in case the article is written in a different language
• A copy of an identity document indicating nationality
• The Curriculum Vitae of the applicant(s)
