One of the ways in which the Anna Lindh Foundation fulfills its mission is through its Call for Proposals programme, an open competition to select and support the best proposed intercultural projects in the region.

Between 2006 and 2007 the Foundation supported sixty-nine intercultural projects involving organizations from both shores of the Mediterranean.
