During the setting up of the Anna Lindh Foundation, the National Bibliotheca  was nominated to develop and coordinate the Anna Lindh Network in Algeria.  The National Library is a leading body in the field of cultural and artistic work and contains collections of national and international heritage.  The National Network in Algeria currently brings together around thirty organizations which are working across fields including art, theatre and literature.
